## Job Description ##

* Be the first point of contact for IT support (resolving helpdesk requests)
* In charge of IT support Level 1 & 2 and escalating to 3 when necessary
* Manage Azure and O365
* Diagnose and resolve issues concerning printers, videoconferencing devices (Microsoft Teams, Zoom...)
* Offer assistance to users in effectively utilizing IT equipment and software
* Record all IT support activities and resolutions in the company's IT helpdesk system
* Work closely with the Global IT team to implement IT projects and enhancements across the organization

## The Successful Applicant ##

* At least 5 years of experience in IT Admin or IT support role
* Strong knowledge of O365 and in administering Azure
* Proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues, including printers and videoconferencing devices such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
* knowledge of system security, including intrusion detection systems, and data backup/recovery
* Customer-focused approach, capable of delivering high-quality support to users with varying technical abilities
* Strong communication skills with fluency in French and very good level of English
