Darest Consulting Services is a service company active for over 45 years in the Romandy market. As part of our activity, we are looking for a support technician to ensure technical support for our internal clients and to guarantee the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include providing level 1 and 2 support (workstations, software, networks, peripherals), diagnosing and resolving incidents and software issues, installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations (Windows / Mac), managing accounts (Active Directory, Microsoft 365), deploying new equipment, documenting incidents and procedures, and following up on tickets via the management tool. Profile: (CFC, BTS, DUT or equivalent), a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and TCP/IP networks, knowledge of Active Directory and rights management, a sense of service, autonomy, and rigor, good skills in (VMware / Hyper-V), experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS), and some knowledge of cybersecurity.
