We are at home across Europe and always close to your IT Technical - Electoral (m/f/d) On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for an IT Technical - Electoral (m/f/d) responsible for ensuring the technical support and monitoring of the necessary devices for the proper conduct of elections and the mission. Ensure IT technical aspects related to elections while guaranteeing the availability, stability, and reliability of deployed devices, organize, monitor and manage the technical environments mobilized before, during, and after each electoral event, in connection with the teams and concerned stakeholders. Supervise the proper functioning of the technical components involved, notably network environments, service mechanisms, databases, and data flows, perform an initial analysis in case of an incident, quickly qualify malfunctions, and coordinate the necessary interventions with specialized technical teams. Contribute to the continuity of service and the electoral processes in a high-criticality context, requiring responsiveness, rigor, and a strong profile. Confirmed experience of at least 4 years in an IT technical, production, or management of environments function, experience in sensitive or high-availability contexts, with direct exposure to incidents, complex technical chains, and continuity constraints, general culture and proven understanding of network environments, service management via proxy or reverse proxy, databases, and dependencies to conduct rapid diagnostics, identify potential points of failure, and effectively coordinate resolution with the concerned experts. Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure during critical periods, senior, autonomous, comfortable in a technical role requiring significant availability during events.
