Join a private bank in the midst of technological transformation and integrate a passionate infrastructure team, where your expertise will play a key role in the maintenance and evolution of systems.IT System Engineer - Microsoft 365 & Active DirectoryAbout the roleAs a pivot between the infrastructure team and level 1 support, you ensure the management and evolution of the Microsoft 365 digital environment, including Active Directory and Endpoint management. You will intervene on complex issues within a team of six experts and will work in close collaboration with the Microsoft expert. We offer you the opportunity to integrate a dynamic work environment, driven by numerous evolution and technological transformation projects. You will participate in the continuous improvement of infrastructures and will have the opportunity to discover and adopt new technologies within a team focused on the Microsoft 365 environment and on-premises Active Directory.- Manage and optimize End Points for all users- Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for the resolution of complex breakdowns- Install, configure, and maintain systems and management tools- Automate systems to increase efficiency- Ensure security, backups, and data redundancyWe are looking for- Mastery of Microsoft 365- Knowledge of Active Directory- Experience in End Point management- Ability to conduct investigations in logs and complex troubleshooting- Professional level of English (B2)- Current residence in SwitzerlandA plus if you possess- Skills in scripting and in a highly regulated environment- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approachesTo succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows:- Good sense of service and teamwork- Intellectual curiosity and ability to investigate- Autonomy and management of prioritiesOur recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by Academic Work.
