IT System X IT is looking for an enthusiastic personality as an IT System Engineer (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. Actively shape the digitalization of the Swiss Red Cross. You support our Engineering team in providing and further developing modern, stable IT services for approximately users working worldwide. As an office, we are building a unified IT landscape together with the cantonal associations; you will work regularly at the locations Zurich-Oerlikon and System X, and together we are striving for a more humane world! The IT department is looking for an enthusiastic personality as an IT System Engineer (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. Actively shape the digitalization of the Swiss Red Cross. You support our Engineering team in providing and further developing modern, stable IT services for approximately users working worldwide. As an office, we are building a unified IT landscape together with the cantonal associations; you will work regularly at the locations Zurich-Oerlikon and you can take action. You actively contribute to the transition to modern, cloud-based solutions, drive the further development of our infrastructure services and Microsoft 365 cloud services, and ensure stable operations. You accompany internal stakeholders of the SRK regarding IT infrastructure and cloud services, actively participate in implementation, and take responsibility for IT projects. You get involved in: Processing service requests, troubleshooting, and solving complex technical challenges are part of your role. You ensure that our systems run reliably during office hours. What you bring with you: Know-how: You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification and several years of experience as a system engineer. Knowledge: You bring solid experience in Microsoft environments (Azure, M365, and On-Prem), virtualization, Active Directory and Entra ID, Exchange Online, as well as solid networking fundamentals. Team player mentality: You act solution-oriented and connectively, and enjoy working in a team. Mobility: You like visiting our various locations and collaborating with the teams together. Languages: You communicate confidently in German (C1/C2) and English; French knowledge is a welcome plus.
