Our client is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer capable of managing and maintaining a site's IT infrastructure while coordinating technical projects and external service providers.

The ideal candidate has broad IT infrastructure experience and is able to manage projects end-to-end, from requirements analysis through to implementation. Autonomous, proactive, and well organised, they can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work effectively with international remote teams, and communicate clearly with different stakeholders. They are also able to anticipate needs, structure their activities, and create the necessary documentation without close supervision.

Given the regulated nature of the activities, experience in a laboratory environment and knowledge of GxP regulations are particularly valuable assets.

• Manage and maintain local IT infrastructure, including workplace devices, networks, and telecommunications.
• Coordinate IT projects from planning to implementation.
• Manage external IT service providers and ensure service quality.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide technical support.
• Maintain IT documentation and support quality and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with international teams and local stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Minimum 2 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365.
• Strong autonomy, organisational skills, and project management capabilities.
• Experience in regulated environments; laboratory and GxP knowledge are strong assets.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; German is a plus.
