As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for
an IT Support Technician N2
You will join a dynamic IT team at the heart of our service centre, composed of around forty technicians and engineers, and play a key role in customer satisfaction.
As an N2 support technician, you will work on varied and stimulating environments, bringing your technical expertise and sense of service.
The position is based in Ecublens and involves interventions at our clients' sites.
Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve level 2 support tickets
Provide technical assistance (by phone or email) and on-site support at clients
Maintain and develop clients' infrastructures
Work on technical projects
Contribute to enriching and updating the knowledge base
Profile sought:
- Minimum CFC IT technician (or equivalent)
- Proven experience of at least 2 years IN SWITZERLAND in internal technical service or in a service company in an equivalent position (advanced technician or system and network administrator)
- Written and spoken mastery of French
- English, minimum B1 level
- Driving licence essential
- Current residence in the Lake Geneva region mandatory
- Technical skills:
- Mastery of the Windows 11 / Terminal Server (TS) and VDI environment
- Strong mastery of AD and Azure environments
- Administration of Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, File server, RDS, PowerShell...)
- Mastery of fundamental concepts of Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration
- Mastery of basic concepts in network connectivity (firewall, web filtering, VLAN, routing, VPN, WiFi...)
- Administration of workstations (software deployment, access rights management, security...)
- Experience in backup and restoration
- Knowledge of ticket management tools (Service Desk - ManageEngine, a plus)
- Knowledge of good ITIL practices (Foundation certification, a plus)
- Personal qualities:
- Service-mindedness, kindness, enthusiasm
- Availability (travel, on-call service)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Team spirit and sharing.
