It provides a flexible working environment that promotes a balance between professional and private life, along with conditions that encourage skill development and the sharing of knowledge and experience.As a Support Assistance 1 in the Information Systems Department (DSI) at 100% on an 8-month fixed-term contract, you will be responsible for ensuring, for the entire institution, the monitoring of incidents and requests related to the use of tools and providing the necessary support and assistance for an autonomous operation.Key missions and responsibilities include:- Support in a new project related to the transition to Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Office Suite).- Support users in the training environment of the portal and in drafting articles or content in the knowledge base or equivalent.- Minimum of 1-year experience in user support and/or IT testing; ITIL experience and familiarity with a system (JIRA) will be significant advantages.- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and proficiency in office software.- Mobility across the entire canton of Geneva.- Strong writing skills.- Excellent proactive attitude, autonomy, dynamism, and ability to work in a team.What we offer:At IMAD, we believe that well-being is essential.
