We regularly look for profiles eager to get involved in the development of our company.We are looking for one of our clients, a player in the industrial sector, for an IT Management and Support Specialist.Your missions:- You will play a key role in the administration of the ERP and will participate in the management of the ERP and related tools.- You will provide level 1 support to users and work closely with the managed services provider to ensure the proper functioning of IT systems.- Analysis of internal needs with an active approach to the development of tools and procedures in PL/SQL.- Processing and analysis of data in SQL.- Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of IT systems in collaboration with the managed services provider and ProConcept.- Ensure the consistency of flows between ProConcept and adjacent applications.- Supervise data migrations (Cloud ERP).- Be a driving force for proposals in the development of the ERP (ProConcept) according to internal needs.- Maintenance of custom IT solutions.- Provision of level 1 support to users.- Management of rights and profiles and access.- Participation in project management and the evolution of tools.- Collaboration with management to define and implement the IT strategy.- Liaison between management, users, and the managed services provider.- Management of contracts related to external partners.- Ensure technological monitoring to anticipate market developments and opportunities.Required profile:- Holder of a management degree (ES or equivalent experience).- Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, ideally in the industrial sector.- Ability to transcribe business needs into ERP language.- Knowledge of ProConcept is a plus.- Mastery of SQL and PL/SQL languages.- Service-oriented, committed, and rigorous.Why apply?- A human-sized, committed, and dynamic team.- A recognized position of responsibility within the company.- A pleasant company life.Are you interested in this opportunity?
