We regularly look for profiles eager to invest themselves with our clients.To strengthen the IT team of one of our clients based in Montreux, we are looking for an IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST.You will be the point of contact for the support and maintenance of tools and infrastructure. Your role will be to guarantee the operation of the fleet and the best service to users, in line with the guidelines and governance defined by our client.Missions:- Ensure N1 / N2 support as quickly as possible and according to IT Best Practices.- Ensure account management, onboarding, and offboarding of users.- Ensure the protection of data and IT infrastructures.- Meet security requirements in the mission of support and supervision of the IT environment.- Be a driving force in the continuous improvement effort of the IT Service and the maintenance of quality standards.- Carry out tasks related to the position (reporting, controls).Profile sought:- Holder of a degree in IT or equivalent.- Minimum experience of 4 years in a similar position.- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.- Understanding of best practices in terms of security.- Language: B2 minimum.- Ability to document procedures and processes.- Communicative, listening skills, service-oriented, resistant to stress.- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions.Technical environment:- Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) & AD on-prem- Office 365- PowerApp & SharePoint Online / Teams- Windows 10, 11- Windows SRV 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022- Mastery of ITSM tools- Mastery of network basics and corporate firewall.Why apply?- Pleasant working environment with a lake view- Varied and interesting projects- Human-sized team- 5 weeks of vacationAre you interested in this opportunity?
