To strengthen the IT team of one of our clients based in Montreux, we are looking for a
 

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

You will be the point of contact for the installation, support and maintenance of IT application and infrastructure tools.

Your role will be to ensure the operation of the IT equipment and the best service to users in line with the strategic direction and governance defined by our client.

Responsibilities:
 

• Provide N1 / N2 user support promptly and following IT Best Practices
• Manage account creation, onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Ensure data and IT infrastructure protection
• Meet security requirements in the support and supervision of the IT environment
• Be proactive in the continuous optimisation of the IT Service and the application of quality standards
• Perform administrative tasks related to the position (communication, documentation, reporting, controls)

Profile sought:

• Holder of a degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
• Understanding of IT security best practices
• English: minimum B2
• Ability to document procedures and configurations.
• Good communicator, attentive, user-oriented, stress-resistant
• Organised, autonomous and able to make decisions.

• Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) & on-prem AD
• Office 365
• PowerApp & PowerAutomate
• SharePoint Online / Teams
• Windows 10, 11
• Windows SRV8,12,16,19 and 22
• Proficient with ITMS tools
• Basic knowledge of enterprise network and firewall.
