Job opening within the IT department of Haute Ecole Arc for a position of

IT Support Collaborator B at 80-100% (Fixed-term contract 1 year)

within the support team of the IT department

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a first professional experience in the field of IT. Support team members will provide guidance to enable progressive skill development within the environment of Haute École Arc.

Your missions

• Provide support and maintenance for PCs, software, printers and audio/video equipment.
• Provide level 1 and 2 support to students and staff.
• Write and update documentation.
• Participate in incident follow-up.

Your tasks

• Participate in support rotations (Hotline, reception desk, ticket management).
• Participate in support rounds across different sites.
• Install, maintain and repair IT equipment.
• Analyse and resolve faults on IT equipment.

Your profile

• Proficiency in Windows environments.
• Knowledge of good incident management practices.
• Good knowledge of Windows 11 and M365.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, efficient, discreet and reliable.

• Initial professional training (CFC).
• Start date: Immediately or to be agreed.
• Workplace: Neuchâtel.
