**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**


* Supporting customers in a smart and effective way
* Operating distributed, highly available and highly secured cloud/hybrid/on-premises IT environments, with production constraints, enforcing best practices and applicable standards
* Participating in a wide variety of challenging IT projects along with your colleagues


**PROFIL ATTENDU**


* Engineering degree in Information System, Computer Science or equivalent university degree
* Min. 3 years of experience as IT Support technician L2 / System Administrator
* Experience in IT Service company, accompanying multiple clients from different industries
* Very good knowledge of AD, Exchange, File/Print, SQL Server, IIS, NPS, PKI, Microsoft 365,
* Windows 365, Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services, -
* Good knowledge on infrastructure solutions: backup, antispam, monitoring, -
* Good knowledge on automation solutions : MECM/Intune, PowerShell
* Knowledge on application packaging
* Knowledge on virtualization solutions (VMWare, Citrix)
* Knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN, wired/wireless), reverse-proxy, security solutions (Firewall)
* Very good command of English and French
