The ESH Médias Group is a French-speaking Swiss group active in the media sector. Through its companies, it offers leading digital web and mobile media, as well as reference regional newspapers, including Le Nouvelliste, Arcinfo, and La Côte. The IT team guarantees the group's technical foundation: around fifty virtualized servers in multi-cloud, 300 workstations, and the network, security, and telephony infrastructures of our sites in French-speaking Switzerland. In a media sector in flux, IT is key to offering reliable and high-performance tools to users. It is in this context that we are looking, for our Neuchâtel site, for our [Position Title] (100%).HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR SUCCESS:- By providing level 1 and 2 technical support to users across all ESH Médias group sites (workstations, software, peripherals), with regular travel between our French-speaking sites;- By taking charge of the complete incident cycle: registration, diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up until closure;- By deploying and maintaining the workstation fleet, mobile fleet, and associated peripherals;- By working daily in a hybrid and multi-cloud environment combining a Microsoft foundation (Active Directory, Entra ID) and modern management tools: Microsoft Intune, software packaging and deployment, centralized workstation security management;- By contributing to infrastructure evolution projects in a small IT team (4 people), where mutual aid and skill sharing are part of daily life;- By taking advantage of a well-maintained knowledge base, which you will keep alive with the team;- By taking turns providing on-call service to ensure support continuity outside of business hours.THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF:- You hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in IT (system and infrastructure) or equivalent;- You have knowledge of Windows and Linux environments and ticket management tools;- You are capable of working in a team while demonstrating autonomy, and you communicate effectively with users;- You are curious about technology and enjoy exploring, understanding, and learning new technologies;- You hold a valid driver's license.READY TO START?
