The ESH Médias Group is a French-speaking Swiss group active in the media sector. Through its companies, it offers leading digital web and mobile media, as well as reference regional newspapers, including Le Nouvelliste, Arcinfo, La Côte. Firmly rooted in their region, these media brands enjoy undeniable recognition in their distribution area. The group is also active in printing, distribution, as well as in digital, display and print advertising management.
Our IT team guarantees the technical foundation of the group: around fifty virtualised servers in multi-cloud, 300 workstations, and the network, security and telephony infrastructures of our sites in French-speaking Switzerland. Beyond operations, we support business teams in their projects, secure data and evolve our environments according to new uses – mobility, collaboration, cloud and AI. In a media sector undergoing profound change, IT is key to providing reliable and high-performance tools to employees.
It is in this context that we are looking, for our Neuchâtel site, for our future:

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR SUCCESS:

• By providing level 1 and 2 technical support to users across all ESH Médias group sites (workstations, software, peripherals), with regular travel between our French-speaking sites;
• By managing the full incident cycle: recording, diagnosis, resolution and follow-up until closure;
• By deploying and maintaining the IT fleet: workstations, mobile fleet and associated peripherals;
• By working daily in a hybrid and multi-cloud environment combining Microsoft foundation (Active Directory, Entra ID) and modern management tools: Microsoft Intune, automated software packaging and deployment, centralised workstation security management;
• By contributing to the evolution projects of our infrastructure within a small IT team (4 people), where mutual support and skills sharing are part of everyday life;
• By benefiting from a well-maintained knowledge base, which you will help keep alive with the team;
• By taking turns on the on-call service to ensure support continuity outside office hours.

THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in IT (Operations and Infrastructure) or equivalent;
• You have knowledge of Windows, Linux environments and ticket management tools;
• You are able to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy, and communicate effectively with users;
• You are naturally curious and enjoy exploring, understanding and learning new technologies;
• You hold a category B driving licence.
