The Translait group, consisting of the companies Translait, Univo, and Milco, is active in the transport, processing, and utilization of milk and dairy by-products, as well as in calf rearing. To strengthen our small internal team, which collaborates with external partners as needed based on your profile, we are looking for: Your tasks and missions: Drive digitalization according to the needs of our profit centers. Design, develop, and operate data pipelines for collecting, transforming, and making data available for analysis and decision-making (Power BI). Manage and optimize data interfaces between systems, develop new ones, ensure the reliability of data exchanges and processes using scripts. Ensure the maintenance and development of the ICT environment (infrastructure, systems), continuously enhance cybersecurity and reduce ICT risks. Provide daily support to users and plan, coordinate, and implement procurement in the IT field. Monitor trends and risks in IT and anticipate developments at an early stage. Requirements: EFZ or developer in digital business EFZ or equivalent education. Experience in managing IT systems, ideally in an SME environment. Training or experience in project management, with the ability to assess business needs and lead the implementation of projects. Knowledge in data management and engineering (e.g., ETL processes, databases, data pipelines). Analytical mindset as well as strong service and solution orientation. Interest in new technologies and willingness to continuously learn. Team player, good communication skills, and resilience. Knowledge in accounting and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central are an advantage. French as a mother tongue or at least at level C1, German at level B1 (higher knowledge is an advantage).
