The IT Project Manager is responsible for defining and delivering digital projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from planning to user adoption. Working closely with cross-functional teams and international partners, they contribute to operational excellence and transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

Project delivery

• Lead IT projects from initiation to implementation

• Define scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables

• Manage plans, milestones, dependencies and priorities

• Coordinate testing, go-live and adoption activities

• Manage budget and resources

Stakeholder management

• Coordinate clinical, technical and business stakeholders

• Facilitate decision-making and alignment between teams

• Manage third-party vendors and delivery partners

Governance, risk & quality

• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies

• Escalate critical matters and propose mitigation measures

• Ensure compliance with governance and security requirements

Transformation

• Drive change, digital and AI initiatives

• Lead post-merger integration projects

• Identify improvement opportunities for patients

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent IT project planning and execution skills

• Proven experience in complex international environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Risk awareness and ability to make informed decisions

• Structured, solution- and results-oriented working style

• Strong technical skills (infrastructure, applications, digital)

• Fluency in English + German or French required

• Bachelor/Master in IT, information systems or related field

• Experience with external vendors preferred

• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is an asset

• Project management certification is an asset
