IT Program Manager

About Our Client ##

Our client is an international company located in Geneva

Define, manage, and execute strategic global IT programs aligned with business objectives.
Establish program governance, monitor budgets, risks, timelines, and inter-project dependencies.
Lead large-scale ERP transformation initiatives involving SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning IT, business, and external partners across multiple countries.
Ensure successful delivery of complex projects while maintaining quality, scope, and budget commitments.
Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and provide regular steering committee reporting.
Drive organizational change management initiatives supporting technology adoption and business transformation.
Oversee third-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
Promote best practices in project and program management across the organization.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience managing complex IT programs and large-scale transformation initiatives.
Proven experience working within international and multicultural environments.
Strong expertise in ERP implementations and transformations, SAP, Oracle or an other tool of the market.
Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are considered a plus.

Nice to Have

PMP, Prince2, PMI-PgMP, Agile or SAFe certifications.
Experience managing global ERP rollouts across multiple countries.
Exposure to cloud transformation programs and enterprise architecture initiatives.
