As the IT Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of IT services delivered to clients. You lead technical teams, ensure quality, optimize processes, and actively contribute to the technological advancement of the company. Our client is a service company based in Geneva.Missions:Leadership & Management- Mobilize, supervise, and develop technical teams- Communicate and embody the culture and objectives of the company- Ensure smooth collaboration between departments- Guarantee tools to meet the needs of security teams and oversee compliance with internal proceduresQuality & Continuity- Meet response time deadlines- Ensure the quality of deliverables- Maintain client satisfaction- Ensure adherence to internal procedures- Propose continuous improvements (processes, tools, confidentiality)Projects- Supervise all projects and support activities (after-sales service / hotline)- Manage resource allocation- Ensure a technical expert role at the highest level- Validate the consistency of commercial offers with delivered services- Manage critical issues and major incidents- Implement and maintain ITIL processes- Track and analyze KPIs in connection with management- Ensure the smoothness of processes and daily ticket management (quality, billability, follow-up)Technology Monitoring & Innovation- Conduct active monitoring (Cloud, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity…)- Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement- Participate in defining service offerings, pricing, and delivery- Propose technological innovationsSuppliers- Supervise orders for services and licenses- Manage suppliers- Optimize IT costs and investmentsProfile- Background in service-oriented IT environments, ideally in the French-speaking part of Switzerland- Proven experience in a senior role or management of technical teams- Strong experience in managing IT operations (support, projects, delivery, SLAs)- Mastery of complex project management and resource allocation- Proven experience in implementing and managing ITIL processes- Very good knowledge of infrastructure, systems, and networks environments (engineering level in managing critical/massive incidents)- Familiarity with working with KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement- Experience working with sales teams- Exposure to cybersecurity topics and good understanding of ISO standards- Experience in managing IT suppliers and costs- Sensitivity to cloud and Microsoft 365 challenges in a SME contextConditions and Benefits- Dynamic environment- Package jid94907ddaen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
