We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Manager who will be in charge of the management, maintenance, and overall systems. He will define, structure, and pilot the entire X system to support performance, service quality, and company growth. SOS Oxygène SA is a company specializing in home assistance services, particularly in the supply and management of medical devices for those requiring oxygen therapy and offers tailored solutions for those suffering from sleep apnea, committing to improve the quality of life for their clients by providing innovative solutions and quality services.Responsibilities:- Systems and network management: oversee the management and maintenance of servers, workstations, telephony, and network equipment; ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems and telephony.- Support: provide level 1 and 2 technical support to internal staff; train employees on new technologies and best practices.- Security: implement and monitor security policies to protect sensitive data; manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans; ensure compliance with the LPD (Federal Data Protection Act). Establish and oversee cybersecurity policies (MFA, backups, access management).- IT project management: Plan and lead IT projects in alignment with company objectives; evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve efficiency.- IT & telephony policy: Negotiate and manage contracts with service and equipment providers; ensure technological monitoring to stay updated with the latest trends.- Budgeting and reporting: Manage the IT budget and associated expenses; write reports on systems and projects for management.- Responsibility for IT & telephony asset inventory management.- Account management: for new joiners and leavers.- Building access management: manage access badges.- Responsible for the Charter and reporting and BI tools.You have at least 10 years of experience. Sector experience will be highly valued. You possess confirmed expertise in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure). You have good knowledge of virtualization (VMware) and hybrid/cloud infrastructures. You master networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalling) and security. You have experience in identity and access management (IAM) and cybersecurity. Experience with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery/business continuity tools is highly desired. Skills in Power BI or reporting tools are a plus. You possess good interpersonal skills, thrive under stress, demonstrate rigor, and have a sense of responsibility.
