Responsibilities: - Support for users (including with external service providers (incidents and inquiries)) - Support of external service providers in the execution of service work (monitoring, troubleshooting, renewals, and security tasks) - Management and updating of the inventory of internal and distributed devices (PCs, mobile devices, telephones, radios) - Creation of the necessary documents for monitoring and planning of the cantonal rescue system - Creation and maintenance of the technical processes for the quality assurance system - Monitoring of the IT service management process - Participation in the updating of a X, in which X counts, ensuring the reliability of our infrastructures and thus ensuring the continuity of the Valais rescue chain. Profile: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - At least 5 years of experience in managing heterogeneous IT environments - Knowledge of the standards ITIL, ISO, ISO - Native language German or French with good knowledge of the other language.
