For a temporary assignment, as part of two strategic projects aimed at evolving the Administration's IT infrastructures, the IT Office is seeking an experienced professional for the analysis, design, and preparation phases of tender procedures.
(Maximum duration auxiliary contract)
IT Infrastructure Project Manager (80 to 100%)
- Contribute to the evaluation of server infrastructure solutions, whether traditional datacentre architectures or hyperconverged infrastructures;
- Prepare tender documents related to the renewal of server and virtualisation infrastructures;
- Prepare tender documents for remote maintenance and support of server, network, and system infrastructures;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the coherence of proposed solutions;
- Contribute, as needed, to other projects led by the IT Office.
YOUR TASKS
- Contribute to the evaluation of server infrastructure solutions, whether traditional datacentre architectures or hyperconverged infrastructures;

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the coherence of proposed solutions;
- Contribute, as needed, to other projects led by the IT Office.
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher education in computer science (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent qualification);
- Solid experience in server environments, virtualisation, and datacentre technologies;
- Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in drafting technical specifications and preparing tender documents, ideally in a public administration context;
- Good knowledge of major virtualisation platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix, Proxmox, or equivalent solutions);
- Excellent writing skills in French and ease in communicating with technical and business interlocutors;
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, organisational skills, and ability to work in a team.
START DATE
- As soon as possible
- End of assignment: upon completion of the aforementioned tasks, but no later than 31.12.2026
