### Your tasks ###

* Administer Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V)
* Manage networks, storage, and backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis)
* Ensure compliance with data protection and disaster recovery policies
* Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
* Maintain Active Directory, GPOs, SSO, and RBAC
* Manage Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
* Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintain documentation

### Your profile ###

* 5+ years of hands-on experience managing on-premises IT infrastructure
* Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator
* VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
* Strong experience with :
* Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL)
* VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms
* backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Acronis, etc.).
* Proficiency in network administration
* Experience with enterprise security solutions (firewalls, VPN, endpoint protection, SIEMs).
* Ability to write scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, etc.
* Experience with migrations from on-prem to MS Azure
