Established in the region, Hilcona Gourmet SA in Orbe, which employs 500 people, makes every effort to meet the wishes of its customers by creating fresh and ultra-fresh products of very high quality every day.To ensure the development of our site, we are looking for our future talent as:IT Infrastructure & Industrial Systems Specialist - 100%Your mission- Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of infrastructures (workstations, servers, networks, and telephony), in accordance with standards and subsystems- Provide first-level technical support to users and production teams: analyze needs, handle incidents, and prioritize interventions according to their impact on activities- Ensure the connectivity and accessibility of IT and industrial systems (IT, instruments, and PLCs) to guarantee the continuity, reliability, and performance of operations on site as well as remotely- Manage projects and the lifecycle of equipment and systems- Participate in the on-call service according to the established schedule (10 to 12 interventions per year)Your profile- Holder of a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as an industrial systems technician or equivalent technical training- Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in an industrial production environment- Excellent communication skills, service orientation, team spirit, and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to be proactive- Sense of organization, ability to manage priorities, and lead several projects in parallel- Analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, and versatility- French speaker with good knowledge of German or vice versa (min.
