Join us!To complete its team, HES-SO Valais-Wallis is opening the position of:IT Engineer ICC (%)Your mission- Participate in the analysis of business needs, as well as in the design and management of project implementation.- Define, set up, and ensure the daily management of IT services.- Guarantee and optimize the performance, availability, and security of the various IT components.- Propose and/or develop new solutions and procedures to improve the efficiency of IT services and the user experience.- Develop, implement, and maintain a lifecycle management plan for IT services.- Contribute to the definition and implementation of IT solutions and services meeting the business needs of clients.- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to other members of the IT team and users.Profile- You hold a degree at HES level or equivalent.- You have proven experience in the following areas:- Azure environment and more specifically Entra ID and Intune- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (formerly SCCM/MECM)- Identity and directory systems (Active Directory, SAML, Oauth, etc.)- Windows server environments & virtualization- Experience in the areas below would be an appreciable asset:- Centralized storage solutions (NAS), backup, and recovery- Network infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Wi-Fi, Firewall, etc.)- Project management- You are capable of managing several activities simultaneously while ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality of work.- You communicate with ease, both orally and in writing.- You integrate easily into a team while being capable of working independently.- You are a French or German speaker, with an ability to communicate in the second language and a good command of English.Activity rate 80 - 100%Workplace All sites of HES-SO Valais-WallisStart date or to be agreedInformationWe invite you to submit your complete application file (CV, cover letter, diplomas, and work certificates) by clicking on the Apply button until May 6.
