Our Digital unit supports our business processes. To support the Finance teams in their performance, the quality of financial data, and decision-making, we are looking for our Morges site for a:IT Finance Business AnalystProfile- University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent title)- Confirmed experience in the IT Finance field- Mastery of Finance processes in SAP S/4HANA (FI, CO, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting) and good understanding of integrations with Sales (SD) and Sourcing & Procurement (MM)- Knowledge of S/4HANA architecture principles and experience in process re-engineering in a Finance context- Appetite for embedded analytical tools and good understanding of digital challenges and data- Excellent listening, analysis, synthesis, and communication skills for complex concepts- Strong ability to challenge business needs with a focus on value- Cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without hierarchical authority- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a sense of diplomacy and ability to arbitrate- Team spirit, ease in complex environments, and interest in energy transition challengesResponsibilities- Lead and/or contribute to the deployment of Finance solutions within the framework of the S/4HANA program, from the scoping phase to post-go-live support- Collect, analyze, and formalize the business needs of the Finance, Management Control, and Accounting teams- Translate business needs into integrated functional solutions aligned with S/4HANA standards- Facilitate scoping, design, and validation workshops with stakeholders and SAP integrators- Challenge existing processes with a logic of simplification and value creation- Coordinate the various stakeholders (business, IT, external partners) and ensure fluid communication- Guarantee the consistency of end-to-end processes and inter-domain interactions- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and identify gains related to the transformation (productivity, data quality, deadlines)- Be a driving force for proposals on opportunities and optimization of Finance processes- Support change management and foster the adoption of new solutionsBenefitsIn this team, your work is flexible: you will evolve in an environment favorable to sharing and collaboration in which you will be able to manage your missions autonomously.
