Description

• Manage and monitor daily infrastructure operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Coordinate the activities of a nearshore operations provider and ensure SLAs are met.
• Support and implement improvements in cloud environments (AWS and OCI) to enhance scalability, resilience, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to plan and execute infrastructure projects.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to documentation, troubleshooting, and operational knowledge sharing.

Profile

• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, preferably with AWS and/or Oracle Cloud (OCI).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Experience managing or coordinating teams or external providers is a plus.
• Knowledge of security, performance monitoring, and operational best practices.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
