## Job Description ##

* Manage and monitor daily infrastructure operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
* Coordinate the activities of a nearshore operations provider and ensure SLAs are met.
* Support and implement improvements in cloud environments (AWS and OCI) to enhance scalability, resilience, and efficiency.
* Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to plan and execute infrastructure projects.
* Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
* Contribute to documentation, troubleshooting, and operational knowledge sharing.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Proven experience in **cloud infrastructure engineering**, preferably with **AWS and/or Oracle Cloud (OCI)**.
* Strong understanding of **IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and cloud services**.
* Experience managing or coordinating teams or external providers is a plus.
* Knowledge of **security, performance monitoring, and operational best practices**.
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
