The ideal candidate will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into high-quality technological solutions. The role requires strong experience in exposure to global environments, and a solid background working within Agile delivery.- Work with global business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.- Support the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions aligned with business objectives.- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment.- Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.- Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements and delivered solutions against business needs.- Coordinate testing activities including User Acceptance Testing and contribute to quality assurance.- Drive continuous improvement across business processes and IT solutions.Profile- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Technology, Business or a related field.- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst (typically 5+ years).- Strong experience working in international companies, with exposure to global and multicultural environments.- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across time zones.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).- Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and technical concepts.- Fluent in English (written and spoken).Job environment jid48438cfaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
