We are looking, on behalf of an organization, one of the world leaders in access solutions, established in the Lausanne region, for an IT ManagerIT ManagerMISSION DESCRIPTION- You manage deployment and system projects for access control software- You supervise support activities and ensure service quality in compliance with SLAs- You coordinate the commissioning consultant team, prioritize and distribute activities, and ensure the effective management and resolution of incidents- You optimize support processes (methodology, technical, KPIs)- You are the technical point of contact for software solutions and other associated servicesPROFILE- You have at least 5 years of experience in software support (industrial sector) coupled with managing a support department- You possess excellent knowledge of infrastructure and networking- You know how to establish a lasting relationship of trust with clients- You have a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach- Good knowledge of English and/or German (min.
