After agreement
Your tasks
- Recognise and quickly handle irregularities / damages
- Daily inspection of goods in the transhipment warehouse
- Conduct targeted interviews with customers / partners to clarify circumstances
- Manage irregularities / damages according to guidelines
- Ensure daily activities through active collaboration to guarantee a high quality of service
What you bring
- Commercial employee training with professional experience, preferably in transport or shipping
- Quick comprehension and ease in written & oral communication
- Performance, teamwork skills as well as confidence and calmness in varied situations
- Living near our branch
- Very good knowledge of French (min. C1) and German (min. B1)
- Ease in business correspondence
- Experience with MS Office, SAP an advantage
