### Your Role ###

As Investment Solution Advisor you partner with Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) across a defined location to sharpen and improve client portfolios. You analyse books, identify concrete opportunities, build institutional-quality proposals, and drive their implementation together with the front office.

### Your Responsibilities ###

* Analyse multi-asset portfolios to drive optimization through strategic mandate and fund switches, alternative investment integration, and enhanced risk-adjusted diversification
* Translate the CIO and Research view into portfolio-specific recommendations and build tailored Strategic Portfolio Solutions (SPS) proposals for our clients
* Run structured conversion initiatives across discretionary mandates, mutual funds and private markets, in close collaboration with the front office.
* Combine your own strategic initiative to build your opportunity pipeline with the team-s overall strategic approach
* Build and maintain a strong CRM network, strengthening trust in our in-house solutions, and incorporating customer feedback into our offerings

### Your Profile ###

* At least 6 years of professional experience in private banking, wealth or asset management, in a role as an investment specialist, advisor, portfolio management or investment consultant
* University degree in finance, economics or a related field. CFA, CMT or CAIA certification is a plus
* Strong portfolio analysis skills across different asset classes (SAA/TAA construction); ability to identify gaps in the portfolio and propose measures for improvement
* Sound knowledge of private markets, alternative investments and discretionary mandate solutions
* Proficiency in using portfolio analysis tools. Knowledge of Bloomberg and advanced Excel skills are required. Knowledge of Edgelab or a comparable portfolio construction tool is a strong advantage
* Charismatic personality wit excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, combined with a hands-on approach
* Fluent in English; fluent in German or French, depending on the location
