## Description du poste ##

* Generating long-term thematic investment ideas based on bottom-up, fundamental research and analysis in the environmental sector.
* Contributing to portfolio construction and implementation.
* Working closely with other investment managers in the Thematic Equities team and in the broader equity franchise.
* Working closely with our client portfolio managers and sales teams to support our client and consultant relationships.
* Helping develop our thought leadership in environmental investing.


## Description du profil ##

* Three to five years' professional experience in financial markets, specifically in equities investment-related positions (buy-side or sell-side) ideally in environmental sector.
* Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics or in Sciences/Engineering. Additional qualifications such as CFA or MBA would be a plus.
* Strong commitment to fundamental, bottom-up analysis with a long-term focus.
* Passion for and curiosity about environmental sustainability.
* Familiarity with ESG concepts and experience in integrating ESG factors in investment analysis.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good Excel skills and working knowledge of Bloomberg.
* Fluent in English; fluency in another major language would be a plus.
* Able to work autonomously as well as being an independent thinker with a clear focus on maximising the team's success with a positive and collaborative attitude.
* Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
