Trade Compliance & Development Manager MaghrebGENERAL MISSIONMPC Mélanges Produits Chimiques Sàrl is looking for a Trade Compliance & Development Manager Maghreb responsible for coordinating and developing commercial, regulatory, documentary, and corporate activities between Europe and North African markets. The position involves permanent interaction between industrial, logistical, banking, regulatory, and commercial partners located notably in Switzerland, Belgium, France, Algeria, Libya, and other countries in the region. The position holder contributes to the development of MPC's activities, the optimization of processes, and the compliance of cross-border trade flows.MAIN MISSIONSCommercial Development- Contribute to the development of MPC's activities in the Maghreb markets.- Ensure the interface between European and North African partners.- Participate in prospecting and the opening of new commercial accounts.- Support the development of the company's activities in the markets and the implementation of regional growth and expansion projects.Foreign Trade & Regulatory Compliance- Supervise the documentary compliance of operations, including the monitoring of commercial invoices, packing lists, safety data sheets (SDS), and customs documents.- Guarantee compliance with regulations applicable to foreign trade operations.- Ensure the compliance of flows with ADR, CLP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.- Coordinate legal partners, fiduciaries, insurers, and regulatory bodies.Banking & Finance- Manage relations with banking institutions involved in operations, including monitoring banking files, payments, and documentary credits.- Contribute to the financial and regulatory security of foreign trade operations.- Ensure the interface between commercial, banking, and logistics partners.Logistics- Manage logistics flows between Europe and the Maghreb markets.- Coordinate operations with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners.- Participate in the optimization of transport schemes and documentary flows.- Ensure the monitoring of supply and distribution chains.- Contribute to the overall performance of operations.PROFILE- University degree or equivalent in the fields of management, finance, audit, trade, business law, or a related field.- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in management, finance, audit, regulatory compliance, foreign trade, or equivalent.- Proven experience in managing or coordinating activities involving multiple partners and multiple jurisdictions.- Knowledge of trade flows between Europe and the Maghreb.- In-depth knowledge of banking, customs, and regulatory procedures related to foreign trade operations with Algeria and Libya.- Proven experience in documentary management and compliance.- Excellent written and oral command of French and Arabic.- Professional English.- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple partners.- Strong understanding of the economic and regulatory environment of Maghreb countries.- Availability for regular professional travel in Switzerland, Europe, and Maghreb countries.- Experience in the technical, industrial, or chemical product sector.- Knowledge of ADR, CLP, and regulated goods transport.- Experience in operations involving industrial partners in the energy sector.- Experience in commercial development in North African markets. jid5f5e778aen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
