# International Retail Performance Senior Project Manager #

We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Retail department as **International****Retail Performance Senior Project Manager**. In this role, you will contribute to key initiatives to increase Cartier Retail performance and elevate the operational excellence for our global retail network. Retail excellence is a pilar of our Cartier-s strategy to enhance our client-s experience, improve our staff-s satisfaction, and ultimately our retail performance.
In this role, you will manage international retail performance projects, guiding local teams to prioritize the most impactful actions to capture growth. You will also help boutiques to improve their operations: releasing staff capacity, gaining flexibility, reducing client waiting time and ultimately contributing to a better client experience across all touch point of our Cartier network (boutiques, Watch specialist, Client Relation Centers, .com).
You will foster collaboration across all departments at Cartier and Richemont to design and deliver these solutions that would have a significant impact on better steering boutique performance. Collaboration with Regions and Markets is instrumental, that is why you will be in permanent contact with local teams to synchronize the implementation of global actions across our network and to provide them with support.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
**Design tools to steer the performance of our global network**
* Engage multiple internal stakeholders from the group Richemont and Cartier to design efficient tools to support boutique teams.
* Review and improve the reporting to help the performance monitoring and support the teams in making decisions.
* Support in the creation and maintenance of automated reporting dashboards
**Monitor international Retail performance**
* Support decision making by conducting sales performance analysis to identify business opportunities by network, boutique, product category and client segment.
* Follow key performance indicators to provide insights to the international commercial leadership team and local commercial directors to focus on key retail performance areas and associated action plans.
* Provide ad hoc analysis of boutiques and staff productivity.
**Develop and deploy Retail operations solutions**
* Contribute to the coordination of continuous improvement our internal governance to unveil the most critical operations to improve.
* Contribute to Retail operational standards and identify operational solutions to roll out across our entire network.
* Design appropriate communication and training materials to ensure the fast and smooth implementation of Retail excellence solutions.
* Identify local needs and specificities to support regions
**Contribute to the deployment of Match To Traffic a critical solution for boutique staffing**
* Animate Regions and Markets to secure the implementation of Match To Traffic approach in our entire network. Develop and implement appropriate material to raise adoption rate of the solution among boutique leaders.
* Monitor key metrics related to staff scheduling optimization and provide insights to senior management and regional leaders.
* Contribute to the enhancement of the MTT solution with an external agency.
**Enrich the solution library and sustain the adoption of the digital platform**
* Identify local initiatives to be scaled up worldwide animating the Retail performance and operation focal points in markets and regions.
* Contribute actively to the operational excellence library of solution and support enhancements of the digital platform.
**Active contributor to the entire scope of Retail excellence department**
* Work transversally on various topics relative to the retail excellence.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
* You have 6-8 years- experience in luxury, Industry or FMCG sectors
* You possess a client centered mindset
* You have a retail background and previous experience in a boutique or in a local office retail function
* You have project management skills with strong interpersonal skills to work transversally with departments, entities across retail and beyond
* You demonstrate the drive and flexibility to engage transversal teams (including expert teams) to meet deadlines and deliver results
* An experience in performance steering and process optimization is strongly recommended
* You are familiar with an agile methodology way of working and an experience in digital tool would be a plus
* You speak English fluently
