International Procurement Specialist (Pharma – Eastern Europe Focus)
Role Purpose
Manage international procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials (APIs), excipients and packaging materials, with a particular focus on Eastern European markets. Ensure reliable supply, compliant documentation and cost-efficient cross-border sourcing within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
International sourcing and procurement of APIs, excipients and packaging materials
Identify, evaluate and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers in Eastern Europe
Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and foreign-trade contracts
Coordinate cross-border logistics and inter-warehouse transfers
Ensure sourcing and transportation in line with GMP/GDP requirements
Maintain supplier database and documentation records
Monitor market prices and support cost-optimization initiatives
Contribute to development and expansion of the product portfolio
