  • Processing international outsourced payrolls
  • Ensuring compliant payments of salaries, taxes and social charges for all countries
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, SOX regulations, quality standards and best practices
  • Supporting internal and external Audit preparation
  • Preparing international payroll journals and booking the entries in the accounting system
  • Reconciling international payroll accounts on a monthly basis

Your profile

  • Degree in Finance, Payroll/HR or similar education with experience with foreign payroll or expats payroll preferable
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Very good English skills is a must, both in oral and written, French and/or German desirable, any other language is a plus
  • Excellent professional IT Skills (especially in Excel)
  • Able to work in an international environment and in virtual teams, very well structured, organized, and flexible
