Job description:

We are currently recruiting an internal medicine nurse for a leading hospital institution.

Your duties:

• Care for adult patients presenting with various medical conditions (chronic, acute, polymorbid)


• Provide nursing care adapted to the patient’s health status, in accordance with medical prescriptions


• Ensure clinical monitoring and report any relevant changes to the medical team


• Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, social workers and other professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care


• Participate in the coordination of care and continuity of management, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team


• Support patients and their relatives with empathy, particularly during therapeutic education phases or preparation for discharge home


• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, institutional procedures and overall quality of care

Profile sought:

• Bachelor HES in nursing or equivalent diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross (mandatory)


• Experience in a hospital setting:
  
  
  
  • Minimum 1 year for holders of a Swiss diploma
  
  
  • Minimum 2 years for holders of a foreign diploma
  
  
  
  


• Comfortable in emergency situations and good stress management


• Training on Soarian software (an advantage)


• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and empathy
