Your mission Join as an Internal Change Management Specialist Your mission Join and play a key role in the internal development of its brand. Initially working with HR, you will support major HR projects before moving towards Marketing & Member Services. This offers a unique opportunity to have a 360° view of the organization (internal, external, employer brand) and to have a concrete impact on the overall coherence of the internal communication. Specialist in Internal Change Management Your responsibilities 1. Support change management Design and deploy communications related to major structural HR projects and change management support: performance, recruitment, culture. Translate complex HR issues into accessible and engaging educational content for all internal audiences. Equip managers with essential support materials: communication kits, FAQs, training materials. 2. Restructure internal communications Reimagine the HR editorial line and establish clear, modern standards (tone, pedagogy) to enhance the coherence and readability of HR messages. Modernize internal channels: Intranet, Teams, newsletters, videos, short updates. Promote content through tutorials, Q&A sessions, and other engaging materials. 3. Promote the employer brand — interface between HR and Marketing The employer branding strategy is managed by the Marketing department. In close collaboration with them, you will be the HR contact point and ensure the coherence of the employer brand. Develop cultural messages, onboarding content, and internal testimonials. Ensure alignment between internal and external communications (messages, values, brand identity). Contribute to the design of multichannel employer branding campaigns with Marketing. Activate a network of internal ambassadors. Provide your expertise in contemporary media (short videos, engaging content). 4. Enhance internal HR offerings As a true HR product marketer, you will make HR initiatives clear and engaging for employees: Translate social benefits, policies, and HR guidelines into clear and engaging value propositions. Lead adoption campaigns and measure their impact (engagement KPIs, understanding, credibility, and the internal perception of the HR department). Cross-functional missions Optimize content production using agile methods and AI tools. Adapt content to diverse audiences and leverage engagement channels. Coordinate external communications (videos, and other content). Monitor performance and ensure continuous improvement. 7 to 10 years of experience in internal communications, external relations, change management, or HR — ideally with a dual HR/branding culture. Proven experience in high-stakes institutional environments. Exposure to multichannel campaigns, brand strategy, and audience mechanics: real knowledge of change management or related fields. Key Skills & Personal Qualities Expertise in internal communications, change management, and branding. Excellent ability to simplify complex topics and produce clear and impactful messages. Mastery of digital tools and modern communication platforms (Intranet, Teams, digital, videos, AI). Ability to lead cross-functional projects in collaboration with multiple departments, especially Marketing, and to measure performance through KPIs. Proven ability to influence, engage, and challenge without hierarchical authority. Strong adaptability and ease in evolving contexts. Structured mindset, solution-oriented, with strong synthesis skills and political acumen, adaptability, and stress resistance. Languages French: C2 level — join FER Geneva?
