Intern Pre-HEG/HES for the HR Unit of the Cantonal and University Library (BCUL) Job Description As an intern, you will participate in the smooth operation of the Human Resources Unit of the Cantonal and University Library (BCUL). By joining this dynamic sector, you will contribute notably to the drafting of various documents and letters as well as to the monitoring and processing of various data. You will familiarize yourself with all the processes and management of human resources in an institution. If you are interested in human resources management, we will be pleased to welcome you! Responsibilities Participate in the smooth functioning of the HR Unit of the BCUL. Provide support (forms, letters, various documents). Process data tables and manage data. Participate in the processing and digital archiving of documents. Support the team in managing recruitment processes. Contribute to the maintenance of policies and procedures.
