To join our team and actively contribute to the harmonisation and standardisation of our operational processes, within a Lean Manufacturing approach using 5S and Standard Work, we are looking for an intern for a duration of 6 months.
An ideal internship for those who wish to work on the ground and put Lean Management tools into practice.
Intern in Continuous Improvement or Methods
Your missions
Deployment of 5S

Conduct a 5S diagnosis on various workstations.

Identify gaps, critical points, and improvement opportunities.

Lead 5S projects in collaboration with field teams.

Design and install appropriate visual supports.

Support employees in adopting best practices.

Implement monitoring through audits and manage action plans.
Creation and updating of standard documents

Observe workstations to understand existing practices.

Write or update standard documentation:

Operating procedures
-
Work instructions (in coordination with the Technical Office)

Quality & safety checklists
-
- Harmonise practices among operators.

Propose improvements on safety, quality, ergonomics, and productivity.
Participation in the continuous improvement process

Contribute to the daily monitoring of production indicators.

Participate in the follow-up and progress of action plans.
Profile sought
- Student in an engineering school, specialising in production, industrial engineering, or industrial methods.
- Interested in continuous improvement, optimisation of manufacturing processes, and industrial organisation.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S, Kaizen…), an asset
- Analytical mind, rigour, and sense of observation.
- Proactive and eager to contribute to concrete solutions.
- Comfortable working in a team and keen on fieldwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
