We support our clients—both private individuals and professionals—in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of their infrastructures. Your Tasks

Under the supervision of the technical management, you will actively participate in the company’s daily projects. Your tasks will be varied and will involve both hardware and network:

• Network and Telecoms: Assistance with the configuration and deployment of network and VoIP equipment (Fritz!Box, Ubiquiti, Sophos, telephone systems).
• Hardware Maintenance: Diagnosis and repair of computer hardware (PCs, component replacement on Mac and Windows, etc.).
• Customer Support: Reception and technical advice in the shop, assistance with the marketing of our partners’ subscriptions.
• IT Projects: Participation in network audits and the development of infrastructures for our professional clients.

Your Profile

• You are currently undertaking technical training in the field of computer science, telecommunications, or networks (e.g. CFC IT technician, telematician, or equivalent).
• A driving licence (category B) is mandatory to be able to participate in interventions at our clients’ premises.
• You have a strong interest in computer hardware and network architectures.
• You are naturally curious, resourceful, and enjoy manual and technical work.
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy advising customers.
• Prior knowledge of the Ubiquiti ecosystem or enterprise telephony systems is a plus.
