Intern in EmploymentWe are looking for an intern within the Public Prosecutor's Unit, someone interested in gaining their first professional experience in this field. You will actively support the Head of the Unit in their tasks, including projects mainly internally, and manage the tools and channels of the Public Prosecutor's office, which is the criminal prosecution authority for the entire Vaud region. It is therefore responsible for leading the preliminary criminal proceedings and investigations into offenses brought to its attention, when they involve adults. It also represents before courts and various bodies. The Public Prosecutor's office consists of the central Public Prosecutor's office, the 4 district offices, and the cantonal STRADA Public Prosecutor's office.Responsibilities- Conduct the daily press review of the Public Prosecutor's office- Write and publish news on the intranet site- Ensure the update of internet and intranet sites- Create support materials (brochures, flyers, posters, photos)- Provide support and logistics during institutional events (Internal review, press conferences)- Contribute to the development of various internal projects- Keep updated files on activities, including the duration of the internship, which is scheduled for a period of 6 monthsFor more information, you can contact Ms. X, HR Manager.Minimum educational requirements: ongoing or completed studies in a relevant field. - Excellent writing skills, perfect spelling, and mastery of typing and common tools- Adherence to standards and procedures- Good emotional management- Team spirit, rigor, good stress management, and a sense of public service- Clean criminal record and free from prosecutions or acts of defaultWHO ARE WE?The Public Prosecutor's office is the criminal prosecution authority for the entire Vaud region.
