The main mission of Rolle Tourism is to inform visitors about the sites to discover in Rolle and the surrounding region. Culture and gastronomy are the main themes highlighted to ensure an unforgettable stay. The city can also be visited independently with Walks in Rolle, allowing visitors to discover some historical anecdotes about the city. The Municipality of Rolle is seeking an intern for the Office of Tourism, a full-time position for a duration of 12 months. Your main tasks:- Welcome, provide information, and promote tourism at the counter, by phone, and by email.- Various sales (tickets for shows, daily passes for CFF and CGN, hotel rooms, guesthouses, and camping).- Research and input for our online agendas and promotion on social networks, keeping the website, social media, and documents up to date.Profile: You have a high school diploma or vocational training, a diploma from a general education school or a business school, or a federal vocational certificate. You have a passion for the tourism sector (in study or looking to join a tourism school) and a general knowledge of the tourism offerings in the area. You possess good command of French and oral knowledge of German and English (B2 level). You have a good sense of hospitality, service, and ease in contact, and you integrate well within a team.
