Payroll Specialist - InterimOur client is a Swiss company. To strengthen the HR function, we are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the team.Our client is a mid-sized company within the medical and healthcare sector.Description- Independently manage the full payroll cycle for around 300 employees- Handle queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently- Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality- Manage life cycle and HR regular and ad-hoc HR and payroll reports- Ensure integrity across HR systems- Utilize and optimize HR systems, including:- Excel (advanced level)- SharePoint- AI-enabled tools and digital solutions- Proactively identify process improvements and opportunitiesProfile- Proven experience as a Payroll Expert / Payroll Specialist- Strong hands-on experience with Swiss payroll- High level of independence and accountability- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills- Flexible, adaptable, and solution-driven approachJob Offer- Flexible working percentage- Interim position 6-12 months jid5a4ebd3aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
