Interface & Automation Product Specialist (French-speaking Switzerland)

In this role, you will actively participate in developing our presence in the Swiss market by bringing your expertise, advisory skills and solutions tailored to our customers’ needs.

Area of responsibility:

• Technical advice and support for the Interface & Automation range (by phone, via MS Teams, on site)
• Prepare, analyse and follow up on quotations
• Manage warranty cases, complaints and returns
• Participate in the launch of new products and conduct internal training sessions
• Independently lead and coordinate customer projects

Your profile:

• Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German (level B1)
• Technical training (electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or equivalent)
• Experience in technical support and/or sales of technical solutions
• Strong affinity for technology and enjoyment in collaborating with customers to find suitable solutions
• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
