Do you want to manage large-scale projects within a company committed to innovation and the energy transition?Interdisciplinary Project ManagerMission:As an Interdisciplinary Project Manager, you assume full responsibility for the entire project life cycle:- Manage large-scale projects related to building technology and infrastructure (electrical panels, electrical installations, electromechanical, photovoltaic, home automation, multimedia, HVAC, etc.).- Ensure full responsibility for the execution, financial monitoring, gross margin, as well as the planning and measurement of work.- Develop a long-term vision for the entrusted projects and guide technical choices.- Be the main point of contact for clients and manage contractual aspects.- Supervise, train, and support internal staff, while supporting the management of field teams and effectively coordinating external teams.- Conduct internal project reviews with project managers and management, ensuring the achievement of quality, cost, and schedule objectives.- Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and implement adapted action plans.- Promote, develop, and maintain sustainable commercial relationships with the various project stakeholders.- Ensure reliable reporting and fluid communication with management and stakeholders.Profile:- Basic technical training such as an electrician CFC, or equivalent recognized title, supplemented by higher education such as a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a federal diploma as an electrician project manager, and a federal master electrician diploma, or equivalent recognized foreign diplomas, ideally supplemented by training in project management.- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in building technology, infrastructure, or a general contracting company.- Excellent command of project financial monitoring, SIA standards, CFC codes, as well as MS Project, Winprogitel tools, and the Office Suite.- Assertive leadership, unifying spirit, and proven ability to motivate and supervise several teams in a demanding environment.- Good command of French; German is an asset.- Driving license.What we offer:- An evolving environment favorable to the balance between professional and private life.- Social benefits of a modern company, equal treatment, development possibilities.- A strong spirit of cohesion and a team proud to collaborate: Together, we move towards success.Need further information?Interested?
