Integration Case Manager (80%) (German/French)

Your Mission

In this demanding role, you are our "ace" in Case/Care Management. You play a decisive role in developing our offerings in our recently restructured field of activity. You define internal standards, take on Case Management mandates for various clients, and provide comprehensive support for all situations related to absences and employee performance issues.

Are you a dynamic, stress-resistant, and open personality with good interpersonal skills? Then you are the candidate we are looking for.

Your Superpowers

• Completed CAS training in Case Management / integration management or equivalent training
• Several years of proven experience as a Case Manager in the field of professional integration (primary labour market)
• Excellent mandatory skills in German and French
• In-depth knowledge of social insurance law and labour law, with confirmed training or experience
• Good knowledge of psychological and somatic pathologies and their impact on reintegration processes
• Confidence in managing employees at all hierarchical levels and ability to involve various stakeholders in the Case Management process
• Flexibility: cases are handled at our sites in Bern, Olten, Biel, and Fribourg
