To strengthen our Insurance Training team, a true driver of skill development for our employees in insurance professions, and to continue developing innovative and impactful professional training solutions, we are looking for an Expert Insurance Training. The position is based in Lausanne or Bern and involves regular travel to the other site.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Identify the training needs of sales and customer support teams in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Design and deploy training courses tailored to professional needs, in-person, remote, and blended learning
• Develop and evolve existing training systems, notably basic training, AFA certifications, and the professional training catalogue
• Coordinate interdisciplinary working groups and manage training projects in collaboration with various internal and external partners
• Conduct professional training sessions and support trainers, tutors, and mentors in their roles
• Ensure the quality, updating, and availability of training content in the LMS (Cornerstone)

What makes you unique:

• French as a native language and B2 level in German
• Holder of a federal insurance certificate or equivalent training
• Experience in the insurance field as well as solid technical knowledge, ideally at federal certificate level
• Expertise in instructional design and training development, notably in e-learning and blended learning
• Strong experience in project management, facilitating working groups, and change management
• Good knowledge of sales and customer support processes with a strong customer orientation
• Ability to convey complex content in a simple and engaging manner
