Aigle Insurance Customer Manager - 70%
Start date: As soon as possible
Within a team, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated client portfolio. You will monitor the changes of address of our residents in the Aigle region and handle their household and building insurance policies. Very comfortable with IT tools, these skills will be essential for updating our clients' changes in our computer database.
Your profile?
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a Commercial Employee or an equivalent qualification and have several years of experience in the administrative field or insurance sector. Holding the AFA certificate is an appreciated asset. Comfortable with IT tools, you master their daily use perfectly and are at ease working on a computer.
Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus, allowing you to work comfortably in a diverse professional environment.
Endowed with a strong sense of responsibility, you are customer-oriented and place great importance on the quality of service provided. You appreciate teamwork, actively contribute to harmonious collaboration, and demonstrate reliability and rigour in carrying out your tasks.

Working hours are 8 hours 15 minutes per day, to be completed flexibly between 6:00 and 20:00. Shifts are to be covered within the agency, rotating with your colleagues, to ensure optimal customer service (8:00 - 12:15 - 13:30 - 17:00).
